‘Lame’: Chris Christie calls Trump ‘Donald Duck’ for skipping second Republican debate
Sky News host James Morrow has taken aim at Former New Jersey governor Chris Christie after his comments against Donald Trump during the second GOP presidential debate.
Mr Christie suggested during the debate on Thursday that Trump skipped due to fear of facing American voters.
“You’re not here tonight because you’re afraid of being on this stage and defending your record. You’re ducking these things,” Mr Christie said.
Sky News host James Morrow called Christie's zinger comments against Trump “lame”.
“I mean Chris Christie coming up with this zinger about 'oh we're going to call him Donald Duck for ducking the debate', I mean it was just lame,” he told Sky News host Sharri Markson.
