Boxing Footwork for Results - 90 Second Boxing Tips

Moving towards and away from an opponent is something that is a fundamental part of boxing. Mobility of this type is as critical a skill as you will learn, so do it properly.
This boxing footwork skill is in fact the very first that I teach a person new to boxing. In this video I describe two methods of using boxing footwork to get in and out.
The first method is designed to enable ground to be covered quickly. The second method is designed to enable a platform for explosive 'edge of range' punching - a counterpunching staple if you like.
