The first few minutes of this video begins with beautiful meditation prayers - first in Tibetan and second in English. The prayers are followed by an inspiring guided meditation led by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche. Enjoy :-)

This video presentation is a collage of different images, websites, programs and the Tibetan practice of Inner Refuge as taught by Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche on October 13,th 2012 during a live internet webcast Called "Awakening The Luminous Mind". Geshe Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche, the founder and spiritual director of Ligmincha Institute, is an acclaimed author as well as a highly respected and beloved teacher to students throughout the United States, Mexico and Europe. Fluent in English, Tenzin Rinpoche is renowned for his depth of wisdom; his clear, engaging teaching style; and his ability to make the ancient Tibetan teachings highly accessible and relevant to the lives of Westerners.

This audio / visual collage is a healing meditation. Feel free to close your eyes and just listen or keep them open to explore the images presented.

HeartMath, the Global Coherence Initiative project and the Global Care Rooms offer much free information about the many benefits and practices of Heart Coherence. They are doing amazing things.

On the bottom in the middle with the moving green ball is the HeartMath Coherence Coach which is an amazing piece of bio-feedback software offered by HeartMath. The Coherence Coach can be used for training and experiencing deeper and deeper levels of Heart Coherence.

You can follow the moving green ball to relax, slow down and regulate your breathing by breathing in as the green ball is rising and breathing out as the green ball is falling. Feel free to do this as often as you like and as long as it feels good. Feel free also to stop at any time and just breath normally. Also, feel free to breathe and calm yourself in whatever ways work for you too.

The HeartMath folks also suggest that we bring our attention into the area of our heart, while breathing in and out through the heart, and while bringing to mind anything that helps you to have a positive feeling in your heart.

This Video / collage is also inspired from my reading of Gregg Braden's book, "The Secrets of the Lost Mode of Prayer" and from watching Gregg's full video conference (available on YouTube) called "The Divine Matrix". I recommend reading and viewing both of these wonderful resources.
