In this video my girlfriend Gill does her first double black diamond on a snowboard! We started the day doing a few casual laps on 7th heaven on Blackcomb mountain in Whistler. We talked to a skier on the chairlift who told us that the snow in Spanky's was really good and worth the hike. Gill was super excited to make the hike in to Spank's and put her snowboarding to the test in the double black diamond area! There turned out to be a small amount of fresh powder on the top half of the run, which made for great snowboarding conditions!
