US Students Decide to Stay in Israel Following Hamas Attack
As flights are being set up to help Americans get out of Israel, two American students say they are not leaving. Lili Dagan and Guy Starr are spending a gap year between high school and college in Tel Aviv. They are now volunteering, stuffing boxes of food for Israeli soldiers. Meanwhile, a 22-year-old woman survived the unthinkable. She was shot seven times as Hamas stormed through the kibbutz where she lived. The survivor, Neta Portal, spoke to Inside Edition from her hospital bed.
