2019 Rogue Invitational | Amanda.25 - Full Live Stream

Complete, official live stream of the Amanda.25 and Rogue Record Breakers events from Day One at the 2019 Rogue Invitational in Columbus, Ohio. The stream begins with an all-star field of returning CrossFit Games champions in the Legends division, including Kristan Clever and Sam Briggs on the women’s side and Rich Froning and Jason Khalipa on the men’s.

This is followed by a memorable Rogue Record Breakers exhibition, featuring strongman Martins Licis (Steinborn Squat) and strongwoman Kristin Rhodes (Monster Bell), then the Individual Men’s and Women’s Amanda.25 to close out the night.

The Amanda.25 involves 9-7-5-3-1 reps of Ring Muscle Ups and Squat Snatches with 135 LBS for men, 95 LBS for the women. Mat Fraser and Tia Toomey both do what champions do in this event, but also keep an eye on qualifier-hopefuls Chandler Smith and Colten Mertens on the men’s side, and Rachel Garibay and Lauren Suever on the women’s.
