البعض الآخر فى هوس دائم بالتجديد ويرفضون الاستقرار.. يبحثون دائمًا عن آخر الأشياء، حتى إذا وصلوا إليها، لا يهدءون حتى يبدءون فى البحث من جديد؛ شأنه شأن عقارب الساعة لا طاقة لها على الثبات.

Hence, football coaching including two characters of coaches, one depends on the history of the club in which he works and the other depends on young and rising talents.

Every coach bullied his strategy, plans, do his best to prove the success of his tactics, trying again and again and day after day.

Finally, each of these two characters wants to win and gains titles to reach glory with his club. Loay Fawzy is an Egyptian architect who was born in 1984, interested in sporty analysis especially of soccer and its tactical and statistical aspects, and sports section coordinator at Medan site.
