Fire Hydrant tutorial | PAW PATROL PARTY IDEA

Hi guys,
So this week I'm going to show you how I made a fire hydrant for my son's Paw Patrol themed Birthday Party. The hydrant was super cost efficient and easy to make. Let me know what you guys think and GOD bless. :)

Products used:

Container of Oats (2lb 10oz)
Red Spray paint
2 red bowls from Dollar Tree
3 Water bottle caps
3 kids bubble bottle caps (or some lids that are slightly larger then water bottle lids)
1 soda bottle lid
1 empty roll of 2 inch ribbon
1 empty toilet paper roll
1 sheet red construction paper
E6000 glue or just regular glue gun
