How to make Mozzarella Cheese at home | Mozzarella Cheese Recipe without Rennet- only 2 ingredients

Today I have shared homemade mozzarella cheese recipe.
You can make fresh Mozzarella Cheese at home- with just 2 Ingredients. It is very easy and simple recipe without rennet and citric acid. it is an ideal recipe to be prepared at home which can be used in different types of recipes like pizza, pasta and choice of deep-fried snacks. basic ingredients for this recipe is milk and vinegar.

Ingredients :
Milk - 1.5 ltrs
vinegar - 5 tbsp (75 ml)

Note : 1. Almost any Milk can be used for making Mozzarella: Whole, Skim, Cow, Goat, Raw, Organic or Pasteurized.
2. If the temperature of the milk is high while adding vinegar, you will end up having paneer and not cheese.
3. Mozzarella cheese is ready to use for 1 week when refrigerated.

Pro tip: Wrap the cheese in plastic wrap and freeze it. It is easy to grate frozen cheese.
