10 hospitalised after chemical exposure in Sydney swim centre
10 people have been taken to hospital after they were exposed to dangerous chemicals in Sydney.
Emergency services were called to a swim centre in Prestons around 4pm on Friday.
30 people had been evacuated from the building when crews arrived at the scene.
Firefighters say pool chlorination and cleaning materials were accidentally mixed.
They have since diluted the chemicals and declared the area safe.
