When we program instructions into the subconscious it has the ability to bring us the answers and solutions we require and attract the circumstances we desire.

The first thing you need to know about your subconscious is you have one. You have a second powerful mind, a subconscious mind that is functioning and working within you, right now, without you even being consciously aware of it. That’s amazing!


It is the holder of the patterns and runs inner programs as it interacts with the energy web attracting the people, circumstances and situations that match the images we have within. Becoming aware of and controlling the inner programs we have operating within us is how we begin to get control of our life.


The second important thing to know is that you reach the subconscious through repetition. The subconscious is very receptive to instructions. By repeating images, phrases, requests, you can imprint directly into the subconscious whatever you choose and the subconscious will act on these instructions. The subconscious is on automatic and acts mechanically according to the inner programs and patterns it has within. This is actually to our great advantage because we can directly imprint into our subconscious.


Third important thing to understand; the subconscious is connected to everything. This is hard for us to understand at first. Interestingly enough this is what all the great religions have been teaching us for thousands of years that we are all one and this is what science now tells us as well that we are all one and connected. Science and spirituality now say the exact same thing.
Even though we don’t experience it with our five senses it is reassuring to know there is a connection between all things.


This also explains perfectly why when we program instructions into the subconscious it has the ability to bring us the answers and solutions we require and attract the circumstances we desire. If everything is connected then it all makes sense.
