We have converted a 2018 Ford Transit 250 - medium roof - 148' long wheelbase. No standard plumbing that needs to be winterized, but will include a bathroom with shower, kitchen, living space/bedroom. And I have I wired it for both shore power and a lithium-based system all powered by Ecoflow lithium battery packs - Delta 1300's, River Max and River Pro with extra smart battery.
