How To Make Wooden Step Pulleys

I need two step pulleys for an upcoming belt grinder project and decided to make my own. This was after looking online and finding the prices to be outrageous. It's not often the case, but I figure I saved enough money to buy the rest of the materials to build the machine by making these pulleys myself.
