What goes around, comes around: Steve Edge at TEDxLausanne

http://www.tedxlausanne.org - While dealing with our challenges requires a great deal of serious thinking, it is refreshing that, in these complex and troubling times, there are people around injecting a strong dose of craziness and humor into the mix.

Steve Edge (http://www.steve-edge.com/), a severe dyslexic who has never read a book (nor, presumably, a video blurb; we resist the temptation...), runs a highly creative design agency based in East London. We didn't know exactly what he had in store for his talk when adding him to our program, but he assures us that his message would be uplifting. Coming from a man who dresses like every day is a party, we are glad that we accepted him to be with us.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events are self-organized.* (*Subject to certain rules and regulations)
