Astrud Gilberto and her Quartet at the North Sea Jazz Festival • 11-07-1987 • World of Jazz

Astrud Gilberto (born March 30, 1940) is a Brazilian samba and bossa nova singer. She is best known for her performance of the song "The Girl from Ipanema".
At the North Sea Jazz Festival 1987 she performed with her Quartet with a mix of repertoire that included:

‘One Note Samba’ (Antonio Carlos Jobim)
‘La Cumbia’ (Paulo Jobim)
‘Amor et Son’ (Astrud Gilberto)
‘Champaign and Caviar (Astrud Gilberto)
‘Adeus America’ (Joao Gilberto)
‘The Girl From Ipanema’
‘Agua De Beber’ (Antonio Carlos Jobim)
