Last day of the salmon season

The best, wildest, and most exciting Atlantic Salmon fishing in the world where the angler has to stalk the fish and knowledge of the river and the ability to read the water are key. Here on the Isle of Lewis, off the North West of Scotland, we don't stand around in the river waiting for the salmon to take our fly but rather we sneak about on tiny rivers, in often dramatic locations, trying to drop our fly exactly where the salmon wants it. Join me for the last day of my season as I venture out on two rivers enjoying changeable Scottish weather, cups of tea, rutting stags, red grouse, and at last a salmon to finish off my season.
