Focus MK2 Heater Panel Upgrade Tutorial + LED Conversion | *HOW-TO* | Fiesta MK6

I appreciate this video isn't the most entertaining but I know this is a popular upgrade and I wanted to put as much detail in as I could to show you how to do this modification if you want to have a crack at it yourself. It's not the easiest but it's certainly doable for the average DIYer, it's just quite fiddly with a lot of trial and error involved. That being said I've tried to do as much of the trial as I can for you, and made the errors so you don't have to. Please let me know your thoughts in the comments - are you going to have a go at this one yourself?

You can easily pick up spare Fiesta MK6 panels and MK2 Focus panels on eBay - I don't have links as they will be one-offs and will expire once they sell.

For the AC/Recirc Buttons you'll need 2 x PLCC-2/3528 LEDs from here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/152667798361?var=452216986696 (they come in packs of 10 but it helps to have spares)
To change the 'ON' bulbs for the AC and Recirc you'll need 2 x 1206 LEDs from the same link about (just select from the dropdown and pick your colour)

I recommend these T5 bulbs to replace the 4 main bulbs in the back of the panel, they just slot into the little grey holders in place of the standard bulbs: thttps://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/182963246885?var=690278078755
