Johnny Marzetti! If you are from Ohio, you probably know this name. This easy and fabulous casserole with ground beef is legendary. With just a few ingredients, you will be feeding your hungry family in no time!

3 TBS Olive Oil
1 Large Onion, Chopped (About 3-4 cups)
3 Cups Mushrooms, Sliced
2 LBS Ground Beef
3 1/2 Cups Tomato Sauce (29 oz can)
2 1/2 Cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded & Divided

Set oven to 350. Saute onions in olive oil until starting to soften. Add mushrooms and cook 5-6 minutes until mushrooms are soft and starting to brown. Add beef and cook until there is no pink left. Remove from heat and add tomato sauce and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese, mix well and pour into a greased 9 x 13 pan. Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese. Bake for 40 minutes.
