Ted Cruz on his Big Tech censorship concerns
WASHINGTON -- Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) declined to say if he thought Facebook and Twitter should have been invited to the White House's Social Media Summit but said he's "not remotely" satisfied with large technology companies' handling of censorship online.
The White House is hosting the summit on Thursday. Cruz, a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, was asked if he thinks Facebook and Twitter should have been part of the event.
