Professional Esports: are you ready? Gavin Zheng is the Co-Founder and COO of VSPN. He graduated from Peking University with a master degree in Software Engineering. As a veteran in the esports industry, Zheng leads the development of esports broadcasting and owns several exclusive patents. In an effort to enforce professional esports league regulation, he has led the creation of a tournament operation bluebook for Chinese esports industry. Zheng also directed the production of mainstream esports tournaments including KPL, S League, CRL, BSC, and F1 Esports Series China Championship. As a guest lecturer at Communication University of China (CUC) College of Animation and Digital Art, Zheng pioneers in teaching 5 esports-centered courses at Project 211 universities, including Introduction to Esports and Esports Tournament Planning and Production.
