Administrategy: Public Management 2.0? | Maciej Kisilowski | TEDxDanubia

Reinventing public sector institutions in Central Europe is key for the region to stand a chance to catch up to Western Europe. In his insightful talk, Maciej Kisilowski of CEU shares his idea on how and why public administrators should evolve into public administrategists.

Maciej Kisilowski holds a doctorate in law and master’s in law degrees from Yale Law School, M.P.A. in economics and public policy from Princeton University and M.B.A. with distinction from INSEAD. He also holds another Ph.D. and M.A. in law from Warsaw University.
His research interests are at the intersection of strategy, public management, and public law. He is most recently the co-author of Administrategy: Achieving Personal Success When Managing in Public Administration— Central and Eastern Europe’s first scholarly-informed practice book on strategic thinking in public institutions.

This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
