The Oxelo 9 EF (easyfold) town scooter is more expensive and has been gaining popularity due to its cool design and the super fast "easy fold" system. The Oxelo Town 7XL is perhaps not that fancy but has a sturdy contruction, surpisingly good double suspension system and a useful little stand on the side. When compared the 9EF and 7XL seem to be almost equally good.
