2020 Yamaha FJR1300 Review - Ultimate Sports Touring

Yamaha's FJR1300 offers impressive specifications and inclusions on the AE model, with electronic suspension, an extensive but easy to use electronic system, formidable brakes, great comfort and luxuries like an adjustable screen, heated grips and panniers.

But the specs can't tell you is just how powerful and smooth Yamaha's big tourer is, how effortless a handler the bike is despite it's weight, and how it'll handle two-up so easily that you'll forget someone's on the back - until they tap you on the shoulder and ask you to slow down.

The Yamaha FJR1300 is the ideal long distance tourer, but that doesn't mean boring, exceptional handling will have you tipping into corners with glee, and the bike feels glued to the road, and almost on rails.

It's an impressive package and one well worth a look at if you're in the market for a touring or sports-touring machine.
