The Battle of Bosworth 1485 was a pivotal moment in English History.

King Richard III had been on the throne for only 2 years when Henry Tudor returned from exile to take it from him.

In August of 1485, Richard III assembled his men in Bosworth, Leicestershire with the hope of defeating the challenger to his crown, Henry Tudor.

This would be the final battle of the Wars of the Roses between the House of York and the House of Lancaster. The three century old Planatagent dynasty hung in the balance and would be decided on a field outside of Bosworth.
