Shades of grey: image perception and performance in radiology
Professor Andoni Toms examines the mental performance and perception of radiologists. Dr Toms discusses the phenomenon of a radiologist's ability to discern abnormalities within milliseconds by reviewing case studies, demonstrating psychological tests and investigating the relevance of a human radiologist.
