HOW TO MAKE THE WOVEN BALLOON FLOWER! / A Balloon Twisting Tutorial

The woven flower is a wonderful balloon foundation for building beautiful designs. I love to use them for doll dresses! But they also make great roses and decor pieces.

2 260s are used to create the woven flower, but if you're struggling, build your confidence by starting with 2 160 balloons. To help reduce the chance of the balloon popping from too much pressure, make sure to soften the balloon before tying it off.
