Hollywood Waves Tutorial

This is a {rough} tutorial of how to do hollywood waves. You'll get the basic process to be able to replicate it on different hair types and lengths, and I recommend you experiment with the technique and practice brushing it out and the size of the curls. Let me know how you like it!
