Josef Leopold Václav Dukát (1684 - 1717) born in Prostejov (Moravia), visited Jesuit college in Olomouc. Later he were organist in Premonstratensian monastery in Zeliv, Bohemia.
Among his works is preserved collection Cithara nova seu duodenum sacrarum cantuum a voce sola, violinis duobus et organo from r., 1707. The text is in Latin. A composer writes about it: "New Cithara, among forests, rocks and waters created, or twelve sacred chants ... by the most humble servant Joseph Leopold Vaclav Dukát.
