Progress takes time & hard work.

The first 8 week sprint challenge, my weight stayed the same almost the entire time. Was it frustrating? Hell yes. Did I throw in the towel & call it quits? Hell no.⁣

I know how hard it can be to be putting in the work day in & day out just to feel like you’re making no progress. I know how tempting it can be to just call it quits & go back to what you were comfortable doing.⁣

You have to put in the work consistently, every single day. Take it one day at a time. There will be good days & bad days but you better keep showing up.
⁣
There will never be the “right time” to change your life. You have got to make the damn decision to take control of your own life. No one else can do that for you.⁣
