Warm-Cool contrast in portrait painting. An understandable explanation by Ben lustenhouwer

The warm cool contrast is one of the most beautiful contrasts when applied properly. Lights are cool, shadows are warm, deep shadows are hot. A cool light source produces warm shadows, a warm light source makes cool shadows. In this simple explanation, Ben makes this contrast clear and transparent on the basis of his own paintings.
