Recipe:
180g plain flour | 120g cold butter, cut into cubes | 60g porridge oats | 2 x 400g tinned fruit you have available | 80g sugar
You’ll need: A baking dish, mixing bowl.

Pre-heat the oven to a medium heat. In a bowl rub together the butter cubes and flour, until merged, then add in the sugar and porridge oats and stir together. Grease the baking dish lightly in butter, add in the tinned fruit, sprinkle & stir through a little extra sugar if you wish depending on the filling choice, bake for around 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
