Toyota Sequoia TRAC in deep snow

Bessy the Snow Beast loves to play in the deep snow! This unplowed grass parking lot had between 12” and 24” inches of snow. So, I thought we’d see what she could do.

But, it turns out that demoing Toyota’s TRAC/VSC makes for a pretty uneventful video. Try as I might, I could barely get her to oversteer and there was virtually zero understeer. Believe it or not, I was on the throttle pretty hard for the entire time. But, TRAC takes over to adjust each wheel’s speed. And, the four-wheel independent suspension keeps the wheels in contact even when you drop into a drift.

Can’t wait until the next big storm so I can try again to get her stuck! 🤣
