Jollibee Burger Steak with Gravy Recipe | Burger Steak Hack

In this video I will show you - how to make burger steak with mushroom gravy ala Jollibee.

Burger steak is one of my favourite dish from Jollibee.
I have been craving it, so I made this recipe and I hope you like it!

I have to be honest though, nothing beats the real deal! But this really satisfied my cravings and made me miss Jollibee less.This gravy is just buttery and super yummy you can pair it with fried chicken or fried pork chop.

If you want to make the burger patty from scratch here's the recipe:
1½ lbs ground beef
1 onion minced (super small)
1 pack onion soup dissolved in 1/4 cup water (wait till the onion in the packet is soft)
½ cup bread crumbs
2 tsp sugar
ground black pepper (according to your liking start with 1 tsp)
1 piece raw egg

***Mix together and form into patties
