Kokanee Salmon vs. Stocked Trout Catch n' Cook Taste Test
Another catch and cook taste test! First time taking out our Hobie kayaks and we caught 4 species - smallmouth, pikeminnow, kokanee (landlocked salmon) and trout - then we cooked up the salmon and trout over the grill for a taste test to see if we could really tell the difference! That poor stocked trout did not stand a chance....
