This is number 16: The city of Tomsk in Tomsk Oblast

Tomsk is one of the oldest towns in Siberia and is over 400 years old, which is very old for this region. It’s the 32nd biggest city in Russia and has over 500,000 people, with over 100,000 of those being students. Because of this the city is known as educational and scientific centre with six state universities and the oldest university in Siberia.
