- 80ml sunflower oil / 1/2 cup
- 200 ml of milk / 1 cup
- vanillin
- pinch of salt
- 8g baking powder / tsp 1
- 30 g of bitter cocoa / 1/3 cup
- 190 g of flour 00/1 cup

- 200 ml of milk / cup 1
- 15 g of bitter cocoa / 1 tbsp

- 300ml of pre-sweetened whipping cream (gluten-free)
- 250g of Mascarpone
- 200ml whipping cream / 1 cup
- 200 g of dark chocolate
