The 19 Remaining A Presses

I go over the 19 remaining A presses in the 120 star ABC run, as well as several other ABC details. As of today (April 12th, 2020), the 120 star ABC run takes 19 A presses, consisting of 14 unique A presses. The run is planned for the original Japanese Nintendo 64 version, as this is the version that minimizes the total A press count.
