In the last 150 years we had a strong increase in our economy and consumption. This change heavily influenced our mindset and we now think: More is better. We often find ourselves in this race of being successful and therefore we work long hours, get stressed and ultimately burn out. We compare ourselves with some of the worlds richest entrepreneurs like Elon Musk or Jeff Bezos and feel like we are falling behind in life as soon as we take a break. Our generation has lost the understanding of what is enough.
