How to Restring a Kendama - Traditional / Kaizen Style Ken

This video was created to help you learn how to string or re-string your Kendama. This method of restringing works with the traditional 3 piece construction found on Kendama USA models like the Classics and Kaizens, plus many other popular brands such as Ozora, TK16, KROM, SunRise, Mugen, Sweets, KenCo, etc.

Re-stringing is a normal part of Kendama maintenance and useful when you want to customize string colors, change from right to left handed play, or replace a frayed or broken string.
