This is the M9. What can I say. I’m extremely disappointed. This is one of the worst overall watches I have ever reviewed. Not that the build is bad. Actually, it is very well built, has removable bands, a front facing camera, solid waterproof construction, and nice sporty design. It’s what’s inside that makes it a frustrating wearable. The software leaves a lot to be desired. Even though it runs on Android 6, the implementation of that OS is severely lacking. Don’t expect connecting to your phone for notifications, etc., using a tethering app. That doesn’t exist yet. Don’t expect phone calling via SIM in many regions of the world (including USA) as the International frequencies aren’t supported yet. No Bluetooth calling with this watch either.

The list goes on an on of software problems with the M9. It is inexpensive compared to other, less capable watches, and it does have removable bands and solid waterproofing. It will work for some folks looking for these features, but there are better alternatives out there when it comes to fully functional Android watches.
