Responding to the rape allegations against my ex Tobuscus/Toby Turner & CONSENT chat.Here's my views on the situation. I've turned off comments as it was just full of pro-rape hate speech and people fighting with one another.

I really hated having to film this video but I literally can't carry on making normal videos until I address this as it's ALL I can think about and it has been consuming my life for days on end...I'd be a liar and so false to just brush over such an important subject. This situation should serve as an example to EVERYONE - sexual consent is important, victims shouldn't be attacked, those who are accused shouldn't be blindly supported NOR attacked without concrete evidence and a trial, and nobody should ever be afraid to speak up about their boundaries being overstepped. Toby did not treat me well, but he did not force me into anything ever and I feel that this situation is very layered and people are jumping in saying disgusting things without knowing everything. Nobody knows what happened except for the girls and Toby and because they're disagreeing about what happened, everyone needs to use their own minds make a decision about what you believe and make an effort to stay OUT of it. April and Amelia were brave to come forward with what happened to them and use that to encourage yourself or others in abusive situations to come out about what is happening to them...Toby is a public figure and things like this happen when there's misconduct of any nature and it is now up to those involved to sort this out.
