How Not to Lawyer: William “Roddy” Bryan's lawyer, Kevin Gough, commits malpractice live on CNN. This is literally the worst interview I have ever seen by a lawyer. He chose to expose his client to a live CNN interview with Chris Cuomo, without proper preparation of lawyer or client. Gough then proceeds to repeatedly make himself and his client look bad, even insulting his client's intelligence while standing right next to him.

People, research your lawyers. Use google. Look at their trial history, media commentary and experience. Our Brunswick, Georgia office is literally across the street from Mr. Gough's office. While we wouldn't have taken the case, others would have. The people in Brunswick are some of the nicest, kindest people we've had an occasion to know. It's why we chose there for our south Georgia office. Mr. Gough, you ought to apologize to your client and the citizens of Brunswick.
