Non Lethal firearms in Russia

Citizens of the Russian Federation over 21 years of age have the right to own one or more units of Non-Lethal Firearms (Firearm of Limited Lethality) with rubber bullet muzzle energy of not more than 91 joules, provided that there are no legal contraindications. Also training on the safe handling of weapons, as well as medical and mental health shall be presented to gun control authority (Rosgvardia) to obtain the related license (collector’s or a self-defense). A self-defense license may be issued for only two such weapons per person, which allows one to conceal carry the weapon. If a citizen of Russia wants to buy more of such weapons, one can get a collector's license and easily buy as many as the dude wants (limited by the amount of money he managed to hide from his wife). It is not allowed to carry such collector’s firearms, but they can be transported in a case (not in a holster), separate from the ammunition and can be shot at the shooting range. Each gun is purchased against individual license, which is valid for 5 years and must be renewed 1 month before expiry. The same applies to medical/mental fitness and gun skills checks. All in all, it's pretty simple and liberal. Text it in the comments if you want me to tell next time about civilian firearms with live ammunition in my beloved Mother Russia.
