The stiff swivel joint prevents swinging back and is an important safety feature for a machine of this size. Thanks to the stiff design, the risk of tipping over is greatly reduced. The rear chassis section acts as a constant counterweight to the front portion, and prevents sideways movement that otherwise can compromise the stability of the machine.
