Boise county police attempted 4th amendment rights

During a traffic stop Boise County police officer Lampson, badge 2247 attemps to require my wife to present her identification without any reasonable suspicion of a crime. I stood up for her 4th amendment rights. I tried to remain calm and collected.

I was denied speaking to a supervisor during the stop and upon further investigation, I actually spoke to his supervisor five minutes later at the Sherrif's office. His supervisor WAS available. I believe that my right to speak to a supervisor when I felt the situation was going to escalate should have at least warranted a call to dispatch.

I did receive a citation for speeding and I did pay that citation. My wife did not identify herself.
