Dremel lathe tool chip breaker cutter

After watching several videos from oxtoolco and Abom79 on grinding fast cutting lathe tools with chip breakers to reduce or eliminate long stringy chips while taking deep cuts, I decided to try it myself. I don't have their skill or dexterity to free hand cut a chip breaker so I i figured I'd try to make something using a Dremel to cut the grooves with a precision I could never match by hand. The result was better than I thought possible and it can double as a snap ring cutter!
