David O'Sullivan is an Irish civil servant, his previous role was European Union Director General for Trade, he now serves as the Ambassador of the European Union to the United States.
Adam Posen is a former Bank of England policy maker, economist and the President of the Peterson Institute for International Economics (PIIE).
Desmond Lachman is an American Enterprise Institute fellow who has previously been a Managing Director and economic strategist at Salomon Smith Barney. He also served as Deputy Director in the International Monetary Fund's (IMF) Policy Development and Review Department.
