What Every RV Buyer Should Do Before Purchasing NEW or USED?

I was contacted by a local viewer and asked to inspect a brand new 2002 Imagine travel trailer from Grand Designs. While all dealers do a PDI or pre-delivery inspection on sold coaches they wanted an independent inspector. This RV checked out perfect but of course I still needed to look at the roof.
