W126 Mercedes-Benz 300 SD Turbodiesel S-class, 1983

The S-Class, or Sonderklasse, has always set the standard for luxury and prestige. In Europe, these cars were only available with six- and eight-cylinder gasoline engines. High-compression engines were then offered exclusively to users in the United States and Canada. Such is the car we are dealing with in this ad. The Mercedes 300 SD W116 is a version with a turbocharged OM617 five-cylinder diesel. It's an engine that was only available at the beginning of the W126's production, was considered a model of durability, and is delivered here in the best package we could imagine. On board we find air conditioning, automatic transmission and cruise control, among other features, and the cabin space, soft seats and suspension make every trip a pleasure.
