Spiritual Awareness in practice

I. KARMA & AFTERLIFE

The laws of Karma and Rebirth compel each human being to follow a specific path of experiences in his or her life. The School of the Golden Rosycross defines Karma as lessons yet to be learned, not as debts to be repaid, as often stated.

Everything in the world has a cause and an effect, and as we begin to see this interplay of forces in and around us, we can of course state that all of life is destiny and that there is nothing we can do about it.

The Universal Teachings present the reasons for this human condition as well as the way in which Karma, cause and effect, can be radically changed and dissolved. In doing so, our personality, freed from the bonds of the ego, can serve the true Inner Being, and participate joyfully in the process of transformation leading to the Spirit-Soul being. Karma is overcome and Eternity is experienced in the living present!

How can we open ourselves to this divine reality? Can we free ourselves of the ties that bind many to an existence that alternates between suffering and surviving?



II. ESOTERIC ZODIAC

As we continue to explore the influences and powers that govern our existence, we recognise that these forces reside both in the cosmos and within ourselves, in a correlation that powerfully drives our life and constitutes a prison for the consciousness.

Yet, the Universal Teachings show us that in the centre of the human microcosm there lies a hidden monadic principle, the centre of a new system of forces. This hidden monadic principle is linked with a different plane of existence, from which a new consciousness can manifest in ourselves and transform our lives and the world.

The aim of the Golden Rosycross is not to speculate on esoteric knowledge, or to collect and accumulate concepts and theories, but to consciously manifest and put into practice the living reality that it professes to humanity.



III. CHAKRAS AND LIBERATION

The process of inner transformation of the human being on the path of liberation passes through the opening of the chakras, the organs of our astral body, to a new type of astral substance, the Kundalini of the Heart.

This transformation awakens a new consciousness, a new awareness, and a new state of life. It is the transformation of all the forces and all the powers that circulate in the human being.

How do we activate this process in ourselves? How can we consciously collaborate in the Great Transformation?

What can we employ towards the purpose of placing at the centre of our life that which has been called the Atman, the Rose, the Lotus flower, or the Spirit spark?
